Description

Robust analytical characterization of oligonucleotides is essential to the production of safe and consistent RNA-based products, and is a necessary part of a biomanufacturing design.  This opportunity focuses on developing advanced techniques in mass spectrometry for detecting, identifying, and quantifying oligonucleotides and impurities in various forms, with a focus on healthcare, therapeutics, and vaccines.  Available instrumentation includes high resolution mass spectrometry (QToF, QExactive, Orbitrap) and quantitative mass spectrometry (QQQ-MS) with liquid chromatography.  We encourage applicants who want to join a growing field and make an impact.
