Description

Because of its inherent sensitivity to hydrogen and deuterium, neutron reflectometry is used to measure the depth profile of H in storage materials and in devices and materials that incorporate hydrogen. Examples include the effects of hydrogen on the magnetic order, electronic character, and optical properties of materials.
