Additional Information About National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)
NIST NRC Postdocs must conduct their research at an established NIST duty station -- Gaithersburg MD; Boulder CO; or Charleston SC.
Applicants from the February competitions that are offered awards may begin their tenure as a NIST NRC postdoc early June-early December of the same year that they applied.
Applicants from the August competitions that are offered awards may begin their tenure as a NIST NRC postdoc early January-early June of the following year that they applied.
