Description

To reach our objectives, it is necessary to develop data-driven inductive predictive models that relate physiologic parameters to soldier performance, computer-based decision-support systems for triage, and machine-learning interpretative tools for analysis of genomics, proteomics, and gene expression data. We are looking for exceptional scientists to form an Informatics Group in order to provide a focal point for the development of such sophisticated mathematical tools. Prospective applicants should have a strong background in computer science, mathematics, and statistics, preferably with experience in developing artificial intelligence (neural networks, support vector machines, fuzzy logic) and statistical pattern recognition systems.
